Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
Please excuse cross posting. I am seeking assistance related to converting OIV presentations to PPT files while maintaining the two images per slide formatting and descriptive text (not the caption text provided by Artstor, the text manually inputted by the person who created the presentation) for said images. As a workaround, the approach taken by a VRC staff member was to take screen shots of each OIV slide. After all OIV slides had associated screen shots, he assembled them into a PDF document since it didn't seem possible to export an OIV presentation to a PPT file that would reflect desired formatting and descriptive text below each of the two images on each slide. Is there a more efficient way to end up with the desired result? Any issues you see with the approach he took? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
