Collective Wisdom,

We’ve been asked by administration to report on what the “Library of the Future”  might look like. This will undoubtedly affect us as the Art & Architecture branch library. We’re considering the use of emerging technologies, library services, materials (print vs. e-books in the field) as well as what physical space will look like within 5 years and beyond. We’ve been reviewing some of the literature out there on this topic, but wonder if anyone else has had to do this at your respective institutions. Any article sources you could pass along, or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Please post responses to the list.

Thank you!
