Hi all- As I have since noted the list which was compiled was to make a point that top schools of Architecture have and should have an identifiable space for their library resources. Some are luckily in the actual department building; others are hybrid such as Syracuse; some have a separate branch or floor for art/arch and related resources. But all have professional staffing and easily found and complete collections of core materials. Looks like since there is interest it would be great to compile a complete and detailed list of the “picture” of architecture collections. I would be happy to try to clarify what has been done and send out a survey that would rectify errors and present an accurate reflection of the state of  ALL architecture libraries. Hi everybody,

Thank you all for your timely responses to my plea for help. Many of you have asked to be included in any list I may compile. Many, many thanks to Barbara Opar from Syracuse University who recently compiled such a list of the top 20 undergraduate and graduate schools of architecture with embedded libraries and she is willing to share that work with us.
