Hi everyone,
 
Our institution is currently trying to develop an email retention policy, and are looking for examples of those at other institutions.  Does your institution have an email retention policy in place that you are aware of?  Does it vary by department or staff position within the institution? 
 
I am in a museum, but am looking for examples from any type of institution or library.
