Dear colleagues, I am pleased to announce that the Menil Library will be undergoing renovation from August 18th through October 31st. Compact shelving will be installed in the lower level (replacing existing stacks) and the main reading room will be remodeled, including addition of 12 feet high shelving along the south wall and hardwiring A/V and internet connections. This great news requires closure for that interval and we will not be able to supply inter-library loans during this period. So, please request ILLs from other venues during this period and I look forward to announcing our reopening and sharing photos of our beautiful new stacks and reading room in the fall!
