Greetings Everyone!

The ARLIS/NA LGBTQ SIG will meet in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, May 3, from 4:15 to 5:15pm in the Penn Quarter room B of the Grand Hyatt. We are very happy to announce that Philip Clark, Member of the Board of the Rainbow History Project<http://www.rainbowhistory.org/>, will discuss the archives and current projects. Philip will also focus on some of the challenges of operating as an all-volunteer nonprofit LGBTQ organization. The Rainbow History Project is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and promoting an active knowledge of the history, arts, and culture relevant to sexually diverse communities in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

Please mark your busy calendars and we hope to see you there.

Cheers,
Edward Lukasek and Deborah Evans-Cantrell
Co-Coordinators of the ARLIS/NA LGBTQ SIG
