Tomorrow,
Wednesday February 26, is the deadline for this year's ARLIS/NA Research Awards, given annually in two categories:
The two awards sponsored by Worldwide Books reward completed publications by ARLIS members with monetary awards. The publications rewarded can range from book-length works and large digital library resources to simple articles and online essays, and if you have published something in the art library world this year, we would love to consider it for a prize. As one smart member of the Research Awards Sub-Committee recently opined, "You've done the work, now reap the reward!"
The award sponsored by H. W. Wilson funds future research by ARLIS members, so if you are planning a book-length work, a digital library resource, or a research article or essay for the future, the Research Awards Sub-Committee will award grants for the best future proposals as well.
Applications are made through an easy-to-use Google form on the ARLIS website. If you have a completed or future research project in mind, don't let tomorrow's deadline slip by!
