The deadline to submit nominations for the 2013 ARLIS/NA Distinguished Service Award is Friday, November 15, 2013. Packets must be received by the Chair of the Committee by the close of the business day on that date. Submissions and supporting documents may be made electronically (strongly preferred), by mail or courier delivery, or by fax.

Electronic submissions and supporting documents may be sent as emails or, preferably, as email attachments (PDF files, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) to the Chair of the Committee, Jennifer Parker
