Just thought I’d point out that the IFAR’s Catalogues Raisonnés project scope includes online only catalogs, per:

A note on electronic catalogues raisonnés: Currently, some
catalogues raisonnés are being published only in electronic form, as a Website. If such a Website is already launched and searchable, it is included in our database of published catalogues under
the artist's name. If it is not yet launched, it will be found in our database of catalogues in preparation.
Is anyone on our list involved with that project? If so, could you recommend that they add an option to search for online only catalogs (or to limit searches to
online only content)? This would be a great service…
