Friday, November 15. Please follow the link in the message below to submit your proposals
via SurveyMonkey.
Be sure to include all information requested (particularly the abstract) as this will help the program committee evaluate the submissions. Once you have begun the survey, you may navigate
between pages before submitting your proposal, but please note that you cannot save a survey in progress.

Dear Colleagues,
The Program Committee is now accepting proposals for Poster Sessions for the ARLIS/NA 42nd annual conference to be held in Washington, D.C. from May 1-5, 2014.
A Poster Session is the presentation of a topic or research both visually and through direct interaction with conference attendees at a table. This format encourages one-on-one discussion and self-paced viewing. Posters may include projects, works in
process, and other topics of interest to conference attendees.
Please note that paper proposals recommended by the Program Committee to be presented as poster sessions need
not be resubmitted.
The deadline for Poster Session proposals is Friday, November 15, 2013. Notifications regarding accepted poster sessions will be sent by email by mid-December.
