Subject: [ARLIS-L] Guidelines for citing sources in documentary film credits
Hi Collective Wisdom,
Does anyone know of a good resource (either online or print) for advice or guidelines on how to cite sources in documentary films (either in-film or during the end credits)? We have a growing number of English composition & rhetoric classes
giving students video assignments, and we are working with them to create helpful resources for things like fair use and citation. Though there doesn't seem to be an equivalent to the MLA guide for film credits, has anyone come across a useful template or
set of guidelines that would be appropriate for a first year student?
Thanks!
Adrienne Lai.
