On Thursday, October 3rd, Friday, October 4th, and Saturday, October 5th professionals and students from the fashion industry, libraries, archives, academic institutions, publishers, and museums will gather at LIM College in New York, NY
for Fashion: Now & Then: Meaning, Media, and Mode, a conference on fashion information that will consist of lectures and panel discussions. The event will take place in the LIM College Townhouse at 12 East 53rd Street.
The keynote speaker is Alessandra Arezzi Boza, Communication and Content Director of Europeana Fashion Project. She will present
Europeana Fashion: Putting Europe’s Fashion Heritage Online on Friday, October 4th.
The event will kick off on Friday evening with a discussion:
Marilyn Monroe: Fashion Icon: Then and Now between Mark Mendelson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ellen Tracy and Nick Woodhouse, President at Authentic Brands Group
