I'm looking at the structure of our library's annual book sale, which has been consistently successful overall but I think there might be some changes we could make to improve it. I've found some really good information about the book sales of public libraries but there are some unique aspects of ours being focused on art books (much has to do with pricing).
Does your library run a book sale?
What is your pricing structure?
Do you limit your stock to art books?
Any other thoughts, advice?
Thanks for any information!
