Subject: Pasadena 2013 Conference Proceedings and Publication Agreement

Greetings ARLIS,

I hope everyone is excited to attend the ARLIS/NA Pasadena Conference, I know I am! I would like to introduce myself as this year's conference proceedings editor. In this role, it is my job to gather all materials presented or generated at the conference for publication on the ARLIS/NA website.

Please be aware that all Panel Session moderators, Workshop moderators, Poster Session presenters, Division Chairs, Section Chairs, Special Interest Group Chairs, Committee Chairs and Chapter Chairs need to submit papers presented, Powerpoint presentations [with copyrighted images removed], handouts, posters, minutes and presentations, etc. to me following the conference. Leaders of divisions, sections, and SIGs should be sure to appoint a recorder so there is documentation of your meeting.

In addition, all presenters and chairs will need to submit a signed ARLIS/NA Publication Agreement. This includes Panel Session moderators, Workshop moderators, Poster Session presenters, Division Chairs, Section Chairs, Special Interest Group (SIG) Chairs, Committee Chairs and Chapter Chairs. We cannot post materials to the ARLIS/NA website without a signed agreement for all speakers, presenters, chairs, etc. Completed publication agreements should be mailed to:

Materials will be accepted in PDF, Word, and Powerpoint file formats. Please submit all meeting minutes and session recordings in Word.
