Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

I am helping a graduate student find material on the French use of architectural models (maquettes) in museum exhibitions in the early 20^th century—roughly 1900-1950. I found a few things in AIRetro and WorldCat. I have not yet searched the French national library catalog.

Any suggestions would be as ever much appreciated.
