Hi all,

I was wondering if there was anyone who has had to deal with the issue of safety in library exhibitions; namely student vandalisation.

The problem here is that the library is open 24 hours and is not monitored, so there is a concern with putting up posters and other items that can be written on, or maimed in some way. The current plan in the works here is to set up a Japanese Garden exhibit, which involves sand, plants, large posters, and other steal-able items not under lock and key.

If anyone has policies interwoven in their exhibit guidelines, or any general stories or advice, it'll be helpful to hear about them.

Feel free to respond to me off-list, and if anyone else wants this info too, I can summarize.

Thank you!

Leslie
