On behalf of the ARLIS/NA Montreal Ottawa Quebec (MOQ) Professional Development Committee, I am pleased to announce that Nancy Duff is our 2013 Michelle Gauthier Travel Award recipient. Nancy Duff is the Supervisor of the Audio-Visual Resource Centre in the School for Studies in Art and Culture at Carleton University. She has been a member of ARLIS/NA and VRA for several years now, but has only recently been given the opportunity to serve these organizations in a more meaningful way. She is currently a member of the ARLIS/NA Public Policy Committee and the Ontario Council of University Libraries Visual Resources Working Group. She has found that the concerns of both these groups overlap in interesting and helpful ways and hopes to gain valuable insights through her participation at the Pasadena conference. She has volunteered to help out 'wherever needed' at the conference and hopes to make the most of her second conference attendance. Congratulations, Nancy!
