Hello-

Looking for examples of errata slips, 7 of the 7 that I tried to locate (based on notes in the catalog record stating that the book included them) were missing. Not a surprise that these bits of paper get lost. So for books that need errata slips today, why can't that information be presented online with a persistent URL or QR code (affixed to the book with a sticker) that points to the document online. Can anyone share with me examples of this? Or is the paper errata slip still the norm?

Thanks,
Sarah
