This months artist book has 2 front covers (and no back covers), with its flag pages revealing 2 different images of a mountain waterfall. This is a new book made from a serigraph (screen print) made many years ago. Please click to see photos of this interesting structure.

Water Rush is expanding the flag book structure . . . times two, making it a double or reversible book. The pages on both sides of the book are attached to a single spine. It has two covers and two parts of a screen printed image, one on each side of the book. The stylized image is of a tumbling hillside waterfall in a mountain forest, and is a 15 color serigraph by printmaker Jill Timm, printed in 1980, before the book arts passion took hold of her. This is a great example of a 2 dimensional work of art that has been converted into a 3 dimensional book.
Water Rush Includes a descriptive colophon. Size is 4.75" x 8.5". Edition of 25, $295.
Water Rush has a mate, Gold Rush, last months book. $295. Click for photos
Limited Special! If you buy both books, you will get a free matching case for the set!
