Dear colleagues,

 

We realize that many attendees need to pay for their conference registration and programs that require fees with two different forms of payment (e.g., institutional credit card/check and personal credit card/check).

 

There are two ways to handle this and the best way for you depends on what your institution needs in terms of an invoice or payment confirmation:

 

1.     IF YOU NEED A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SHOWING ONLY THE FEES YOUR INSTITUTION IS COVERING:

Register for the conference and the paid events that your institution is covering and select “pay by check” or “pay by credit card” based on the form of institutional payment you will use. Then, call TEI registration department at (800) 817-0621, ext. 450 to add any additional paid events that you want to pay for using your personal credit card/check.

 

2.     IF YOU NEED A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SHOWING ALL FEES, INCLUDING REGISTRATION AND PAID EVENTS

Register for conference and all paid events and select “pay by check” instead of “pay by credit card.” Call TEI registration department at (800) 817-0621, ext. 450 to provide credit card numbers (institutional and personal) if that is your preferred form of payment, or send checks (institutional and personal).
