Hi Everyone, I need some help. I am withdrawing previous editions of publications that the library can no longer keep. We still use a card catalog and it is here that I need the help. When I pull the catalog cards for items that will be withdrawn do I remove and destroy all the cards associated with the item, or do I keep any cards annotated as a record of what happened to the item? It is many, many years since I studied this at library school, and I can find no help on-line as everything now seems to relate to electronic records. sac Sheila A.
