VRACamp – Save the Date!
Make plans now to participate in VRACamp, scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd, 9:00 – 1:00, in Providence, RI. Be sure to schedule your travels accordingly--you won't want to miss this event!
What is VRACamp, you ask?
VRACamp, based on the unconference model, is an informal, spontaneous, participant-driven event designed to build community and allow for idea-sharing among VRA conference attendees. Campers will collaborate to develop the agenda, generate the discussions, and decide when a topic has run its course. Any areas relating to image management--from trends in metadata to marketing resources--are fair game. VRACamp won't contain any formal papers or lengthy proposals but it will provide ample opportunity for Campers to be productive, to brainstorm, and to be engaged in discussions of significance to the field.
If you're passionate about image management and have a topic you would like to explore, or just crave a dynamic opportunity to put your head together with colleagues, please join your fellow campers at VRACamp!
