Dear Colleagues,

Are your patrons interested in video art? Would you like streaming access to EAI's premier video art archive? Please take a moment to complete the EAI Educational Distribution Survey.

Founded in 1971, Electronic Arts Intermix (EAI) is a nonprofit arts organization that is a leading international resource for video and media art. EAI's core program is the distribution and preservation of a major collection of 3,500 new and historical moving-image works by artists, spanning the 1960s to the present, including Joan Jonas, Nam June Paik, Carolee Schneemann, and Cory Arcangel, among many others. A pioneering advocate for media art and artists for over 40 years, EAI fosters the creation, exhibition, distribution and preservation of media art.

EAI is currently developing a new online subscription model for educational institutions, which will provide direct streaming access to their catalogue of media artworks. The goals are to better serve the educational community by meeting technological changes in the classroom and library environment, providing expanded digital resources for educational use, and accommodating a diversity of school sizes and budgets.

EAI would greatly value your input so that they can develop a model that reflects the needs of the community. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.

Best,

Sandy Brooke
