Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the Visual Resources Association Foundation Board of Directors I am happy to send you the VRAF Annual Report for 2011-2012. We hope that you will find this report interesting and informative; we have included several articles which demonstrate the many ways that the Foundation serves the mission of the Visual Resources Association.
Our commitment to supporting education in the field of visual resources and cultural information management is growing every year. The marriage of technical expertise with strong curatorial skills is a crucial aspect of our work and the VRAF stands out as a leader in the global effort to prepare visual information management professionals for the future.
Please read this report and consider supporting the mission of the VRAF by making a tax deductible contribution. Last year's campaign was a big success and we hope to meet or surpass that effort again this year.
