Hello all, I am calling on your infinite wisdom once again. I am trying to track down individual institutions Digital Preservation Policy/Strategy/Guidelines documents that outline how the institution is preserving their digital assets. I am specifically looking for a document that highlights the need to make backup copies of master files while also creating accessible use copies. Additionally, I am looking for documents that speak to storage needs as well. I am trying to help our IT people understand our digital preservation and storage needs with regard to the storage of our digital assets.
