They were bought by EBSCO—maybe that has something to do with it?.

Hello all,

 

I am looking into possibly acquiring Art Index and Art Index Retrospective databases, and have contacted WilsonWeb for a quote but have not heard back from them. Has anyone else had trouble corresponding with Wilson? Would anyone be willing to share a ballpark figure of their annual subscription rate for Libraries at mid-size museum?
