ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF LIBRARIES – SAN FRANCISCO CAMPUS
FULL-TIME (37.5 Hours/Week), EXEMPT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MLS or equivalent. Two or more years of library management experience; knowledge of all
aspects of library operations, including cataloging; strong organizational and planning skills; ability
to analyze data for sound decision making; supervisory experience; and evidence of leadership
qualities. Experience with integrated library systems, website development, relational databases,
along with ability to pick up and deploy other library technologies. Familiarity with art,
architecture, and design fields; expertise in one or more subject areas in the current CCA
curriculum highly desirable. Excellent written and oral communication skills for working
effectively with faculty, staff, and students; personality suitable for working collegially with
faculty, staff, and students; public service orientation; good time management and follow-through
skills
