Spending time with Bev and Howard has always been a conference highlight for me. Their resources for Latin American art collection development are incomparable, and their generosity, grace, style, good humor, and passion for the arts (and good food!) are legendary. I will miss you, Howard, and my thoughts and love are with you, Bev. He died without pain and in peace. I cannot express how much he loved working everyone that he met in ARLIS. He has always considered you more than clients, he felt that we all were friends and partners in the same mission. Our many friendships are a reflection of his love and respect for you.
