Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
Has anyone out there contracted to have a book scanned/digitized before? (yes, I've secured the rights!) I'm assuming that PDF would be the most useable format, but am wondering if there are other considerations or caveats, or if anyone has vendor recommendations.
