Within the house are two copies of Charles Mackay's Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds--the 1852 edition in the original binding by Burn of Hatton Garden, and a 1963 reprint of the 1932 L.C. If you will be near Michigan City, Indiana this summer, it will be in the exhibition Beaten a& Bound at the Lubeznik Center for the Arts from May 25 through August 26, with an opening reception Friday, June 1 from 5-8.  Should be a great show--some of my favorite book artists will be in it.
