Artists Annie Egleson and Adam Teninbaum discuss their site-specific installations, Junctions, and what role the collaborative process plays in their work, as part of Art Wall on Third and Art in the Windows exhibition series at Mid-Manhattan Library.

Annie Egleson Annie Egleson is a New York based sculptor, installation and textile artist. She received her post-baccalaureate degree from the Art Institute of Chicago's Fiber and Material Studies Department. She currently works as an artist, designer and maker in her Brooklyn studio, and teaches classes at the Textile Arts Center.

Adam Teninbaum is a New York based artist, director and photographer. He is the founder and director of AST Studios, an animation and visual effects company located in Brooklyn.  Originally from Houston, Texas, he has a background in sculpture and computer science. He received his B.F.A. from the University of Houston. He specializes in photorealistic CGI, macro videography/photography, and mixed media installation.  He has recently created work for a variety of clients including Nikon, Tiffany & Co., Lexus and Beyoncé.

Annie and Adam met while living in San Francisco, California and have been working collaboratively on site-specific installations for the last five years. They have exhibited their work in Chicago and New York.

Initiated and organized by Arezoo Moseni in 2004, Artist Dialogues Series provide an open forum for understanding and appreciation of contemporary art. Artists are paired with critics, curators, gallerists, writers or other artists to converse about art and the potential of exploring new ideas.
