You might also try the ILI-L Discussion List, the Information Literacy Instruction Discussion List of ALA.  They often have discussions like this on developing credit library instruction courses.  Someone may have done one for art.

Hi everyone,
   The University I collaborate with is working on developing full credit library instruction/research methods courses and wish to do one focused on art.  They are just at the beginning stages of the art one and I was wondering if anyone had any syllabi they might be willing to share for a similar kind of course?
