CANADIAN COPYRIGHT AMENDMENT BILL C-11 UPDATE - Bill C-11 passed second reading in the House of Commons and was referred to a legislative committee for further discussion. A special committee has been set up to examine the legislation. Members of Parliament have agreed to examine the bill clause-by-clause by March 14 and to report back to the House of Commons by March 29, 2012.
