I'm not sure how robust of a library system you want but you might try
LibraryThing. It is good for a catalog but may not do some of the
management things you'd need, like circulation or acquisitions.

Do you know about the Centre for Contemporary Art in Lagos? They have a
3000-volume library. The director was here for an artist's talk and was
