The Image Alliance is a new, free service being offered to the VRA and ARLIS communities. Join as either a member or a contributor. As a contributor, you’ll use our tools to build your digital collections, then share them with the Image Alliance and be part of a growing community dedicated to sharing resources without a major financial commitment.

We’ll provide you with 20GB of free storage and all the tools you need to build your collections.

We understand these collections might not be ready for the world to see, but have also heard you want to share them with other like-minded institutions, so all collections in the Image Alliance will be I.P. restricted and for educational use only. We’re providing a simple way for you to share your collections within your organization and with other educational organizations, but not the World Wide Web. Yes, it’s free. It’s free because we have always believed in preserving and sharing our cultural heritage. Now you can do so in a way that is affordable in the long term.

And you want presentation tools, and slide shows, and the ability to export, and to bring in content from your desktop, add books, and even integrate with Flickr. Sure, you can do that too because your collections will be in LUNA, the most elegant, easy-to-use and powerful viewing tool available today.
