David,
I've also been chasing around, thinking about a genre term for blurb- and
lulu-produced books, some of which are reconstituted web content. They're
not quite the same as some of the LCSH terms, e.g., Self-publishing,
Privately printed books, Vanity presses. The subject authority record for
Blogs has a related-term reference from Citizen journalism. The latter term
has a historical sound but it's a new record.

This Triple Canopy title caught my eye and my copy is in the mail. Maybe
after we've read *Invalid format*, we'll have a tighter idea of the genre.

Let us know if you come up with a genre term that will allow us to
collocate such resources in our catalogs.
