Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. For end-users we have a Plustek OpticPro A320 - flatbed scanner, 12"x17", 1600dpi (no transparency adapter). It is a couple of years old by now, gets heavy use and has not caused us any problems.
