Dear colleagues
We are in the process of sending the complete backfile of
Art Documentation to JSTOR for scanning. Most, but not all, of the issues have
been supplied from inventory at ARLIS/NA HQ. Jennifer Hehman has kindly donated
a number of missing issues from her personal collection. Fewer than 20 issues
remain to be located (listed below). Anyone out there spring-cleaning their
office? If someone has a complete set of these 20, in pristine condition, which
they would be willing to donate for this process, please could they contact me.
If no-one can supply a complete or near-complete set, I will come back to the
list to solicit partial contributions.
Postage can be refunded, and we are hoping to have all the
necessary issues sent to ARLIS/NA HQ by Friday 10 June, for forwarding to
JSTOR. The donor will, of course, reap the eventual benefit, as a member, of
access to the entire scanned backfile, as well as the gratitude of the Committee
and their fellow ARLIS/NA members.
