Error during command authentication.
Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.
One solution is to form a consortium and share storage space for
one shared print copy.
E.g: the Western Regional Storage Trust (WEST):

Subject: [ARLIS-L] Disposition of print runs of periodicals licensed
electronically
Dear
Colleagues,
Like most of us, I am experiencing a major shortage of stack space.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford off-site storage, so I am trying to
evaluate the efficacy of deaccessioning long runs of periodicals that we get
through JSTOR. I have talked to some book dealers and it sounds like even
complete runs of serials like Burlington Magazine or Apollo are all but
worthless on the market. I have some reservations about deaccessioning
content that we only license and ergo do not own, but am getting some pressure
to do so. I wanted to ask what others in this position have done.
Many thanks,
Eric
