In your collections, how do your technical staff keep track of the media titles for which the library owns or has purchased public performance rights? In a MARC field? In the original order record? Or do you go by titles from vendors that include performance rights with purchase? (In which case, does your tech staff keep a list per vendor? Is such a list easily retrievable from your ILS?)  And how do your librarians and/or faculty access this information?

This came up when I casually asked one of our catalogers about our titles with such rights and got a befuddled look in reply. If you prefer to reply off-list, I'll summarize what I learn and post.
