You could look at the Australian Research Council's ranking of journals, which is at: http://www.arc.gov.au/era/era_journal_list.htm#1 Unlike some initiatives, this one makes a concerted effort to include art and design. However, while we fared well as a publisher in this exercise, my personal view is that journal ranking exercises are deeply problematic. Classifications are invariably fraught. In this review, one of our journals ('Fashion Theory') was classified under 'Design Practice and Management' and 'Art Theory and Criticism'. This journal is very interdisciplinary and is far more likely to include cultural history articles than anything on design practice and management. Another journal, 'Design Journal,' was classified under 'Architecture' but not under 'Design Practice and Management'. In a European metrics initiative, 'Fashion Theory' was classified as a Gender Studies journal (which it isn't - they just didn't have a category it fit). You can see the problem - it is impossible to pigeon-hole journals that cut across disciplines, and yet their contribution to scholarship is being measured in terms of their impact on individual disciplines rather than on scholarship as a whole. These sorts of initiatives also unfairly penalize new journals that have not yet had a chance to establish themselves, particularly those in interdisciplinary subjects, as well as very specialist journals that represent sub-fields. You might want to bear these things in mind when you consider a journal's rank. But, the ARC list is a useful starting point and an independent source of assessment information. You would need to sort by the categories that interest you as it aims to be comprehensive. Good luck!
