upon a book here which is outside our scope, but might be of value to one of
you or your colleagues. Looking at OCLC # 27260752 my guess is that it is the “atlas”.
(It is comprised of illustrations of seals. Title page:

specialist would find value in it alone if that was all that was available, but
I have no idea. It is way outside my realm of knowledge.
