ARLISNA/NE meeting in Boston: Friday, December 3rd Our next membership meeting includes a visit to the new Art of the Americas Wing at the Museum of Fine Arts. The new wing, which includes 53 brand-new galleries, takes a global perspective on Art of the Americas, showcasing art produced in North, Central, and South America. We will begin the day at the William Morris Hunt Memorial Library and break off for lunch and art in the afternoon. Agenda: 11:00 am Chapter business meeting Meet and greet at the William Morris Hunt Memorial Library, the main library for the Museum of Fine Arts. Round table: "What's new at your library?" 12:00pm Tour of the MFA Library with Deborah Barlow Smedstad, Head Librarian. 12:45pm Lunch in the area (There are a variety of restaurants nearby.) Afternoon on your own in the Fenway: Museum of Fine Arts School of the Museum of Fine Arts exhibitions, 230 The Fenway. William Kentridge: Ambivalent Affinities exhibition at the Mass College of Art and Design Bakalar Gallery, 621 Huntington Ave. Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, 280 The Fenway.
