If you are interested in using GoTo Meeting or GoToWebinar for ARLIS events, please read the following.
GoToMeeting
If you would like to set up a GoToMeeting for your ARLIS SIG, Committee, Chapter, Task Force, Division, etc., please contact Christopher Roeper at TEI who will help you with your request. He needs 3-5 business days to set up any virtual meeting. Each GoToMeeting provides 26 logins, and includes chat (with archive), web casting, audio and a number of other great tools. GoToWebinar
If your chapter would like to host a webinar for its members and/or the membership as a whole, please contact me, Sarah Falls. GoToWebinar can accommodate up to 100 logins, can accept questions from its viewers, and has an archive function to record the webinar. This tool is best used for virtual conferencing or webinars rather than online meetings. If you need to set this up, please see my contact information below. Again 3-5 business days’ notice is requested.
