I'm hoping someone is reading ARLIS-L while sitting at the reference desk this weekend, and is in need of a reference question to boost statistics and alleviate boredom: I'm trying to find birth and/or death dates for the English wood engraver Eliza Thompson, who was active ca. 1830. I suspect she's listed in Women engravers / by Patricia Jaffe? but I don't have access to a copy. If someone would be kind enough to look her up, I'd be grateful!
