The full color 64 page catalog will be issued in three limited edition formats, signed and numbered: 100 copies in paper wrappers, 50 in hardcover, and a Deluxe Edition of 5 in a special binding and slipcase.

Current pre-publication discount pricing will be in effect through September 15, 2010. There will be a price increase September 16.
