We got this information from the Harrassowitz just yesterday:

in response to your inquiry we can confirm that that American Ceramics has
been suspended for an unknown period of time. According to our information the
last issue published was vol.15 no.2.
As it is very uncertain if this title will ever resume publication we
kindly ask you to consider your files closed. We will notify you immediately if there are any
news in regard to this title.
