Last month I asked ARLIS-L about a current cost estimate (including supplies, software, hardware) for RFID tagging of library items (in a small art museum library). Some list members requested a summary. Unfortunately there was only one response: * quote from 3M about a month ago - for our collection of 15,000 the total amount would be about 30K for the system, tags, etc., not including staff time.
