Dear Collective Wisdom,

I'm a little embarrassed to ask this as I feel it's something I should know... I am having extreme difficulty locating a source for articles from the French newspaper Le Monde from April 1973. Le Monde itself provides access to its archives post 1987; ProQuest does not go back far enough and I'm unable to find European newspaper access from that time period elsewhere.

Ideally, I'd love to have electronic access, but I would definitely settle for print access and going the ILL/copy route.

Any help locating Picasso's obituary from Le Monde (around April 9, 1973) would be greatly appreciated. Any general source for mid-twentieth century European newspapers would also be wonderful.

Thank you in advance!
Traci
