wrappers, hardcover, and a Deluxe Edition in a snakeskin
binding.
Current pre-publication discount pricing will be in effect through
September 15, 2010. There will be a price increase September 16.
If you will be in New Haven, the exhibition is up through November

A 34 page PDF that can be viewed in Adobe
Reader, in a different format with fewer images than the printed
edition, will be available from the Yale website.
